With the help and success of God, and after a great effort made by the editorial board, by all pride and love, we dedicate this volume to the spirit of our father,His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah Al-Badri, the patron and founder of the university and scientific research. the compilation to the second volume of the Excellence Journal of Medical Sciences which coincided with the university’s progress in the global ranking of universities and its entry into the top ten ranking of Sudanese universities, this itwill opens the door wide for all researchers in the world to publish in this journaland we welcome all scientific papers that would contribute to achieving the journal’s mission and goals. The journal is interested in publishing excellence scientific research and studies in the medical sciences and provides an intellectual platform for researchers from all over the world. بتوفيق من عند الله وبعد مجهود عظيم من هيئة التحرير للمجلة وبكل الفخر والمحبة نهدي هذا العدد الي روح والدنا فضيلة مولانا الشيخ عبدالله البدري راعي ومؤسس الجامعة والبحث العلمي. ان اكتمال العدد الثاني من مجلة التميز للعلوم الطبية والذي اتي متزامنا مع تقدم الجامعة في التصنيف العالمي ودخولها في العشرة جامعات الاولي من بين الجامعات السودانية ، والذي بدوره يفتح الباب علي مصراعيه لكل الباحثين في العالم للنشر في هذه المجلة لذلك نرحب بكل الاوراق العلمية التي من شانها ان تحقق رسالة واهداف المجلة.تهدف المجلة الي نشر بحوث ودراسات علمية متميزة في مجال العلوم الطبية لتصبح منصة ذكية لكل الباحثين من جميع انحاء العالم . وفي الختام نتقدم بالشكر والامتنان لادارة جامعة الشيخ عبدالله البدري لما تقدمة من دعم مقدر وعظيم لخدمة البحث العلمي وتيسير الطريق علي الباحثين والنشر العلمي
