استخدام التفكير الإبداعي  في إدارة الأزمات

  هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التفكير الإبداعي في إدارة الأزمات بالمنظمات ومعرفة طرق ومستويات التفكير ، كما هدفت أيضاً إلى التعرف على التحديات والصراعات التي تواجه الإدارة ، والأزمات والمشاكل الإدارية وطرق معالجتها ، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي و الملاحظة وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في الأساتذة و الموظفين  (بكلية الآداب) وقد تمت الاستعانة بالمراجع ومصادر المعلومات والإنترنت . توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها أن التفكير الإبداعي له دور كبير في إدارة الأزمات وحل المشكلات الإدارية . وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة  خلق إرادة قوية لمدير الأزمة من خلال استعداد ذهني متميز للتفاعل مع المشكلات .

Abstract

This study aimed to know the role of creative thinking in crisis management in organizations and to know the methods and levels of thinking. It also aimed to identify the challenges &conflicts facing management, crises and administrative problems and ways to address them,The study used the descriptive analytical and observational approach , and The study sample represented professors&employees (at the College of Arts)The delegation  the used references information sources& The Internet. The study reached many results , The most important of which is that  creative thinking plays a major role in crisis management and solving administrative problems the study recommended the need to create a strong will for the crisis manager through a distinct mental readiness to interact with  problems.
