هدفت الدراسة إلي استقصاء دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين العمليات الإدارية بصندوق رعاية الطلاب بمدينتي شندي والمتمة وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل فعالية هذه النظم، وكانت عينة الدراسة مكونة من ثلاثون فرداً من الموظفين والإداريين بالصندوق . توصلت الدراسة الي أن نظم المعلومات الإدارية تسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين العمليات الإدارية من خلال تسريع إتخاذ القرارات وزيادة كفاءة إدارة الموارد وتبسيط الإجراءات ومع ذلك تواجه هذه النظم تحديات تتضمن ضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية ونقص التدريب علي استخدامها مما يؤثر سلباً على فعاليتها . أوصت الدراسة بوضع خطة تحول رقمي متكاملة تشمل تحديد رؤية وأهداف واضحة ووضع اختبار الكفاءة التقنية جزء من عملية التوظيف.

Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the role of management information systems in improving the administrative processes in the Student Care Fund in the cities of Shendi and Al-Matammah using the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the effectiveness of these systems. The study sample consisted of thirty individuals from the employees and administrators of the fund. The study concluded that management information systems contribute significantly to improving administrative processes by accelerating decision-making, increasing the efficiency of resource management, and simplifying procedures. However, these systems face challenges including weak digital infrastructure and lack of training on their use, which negatively affects their effectiveness. The study recommended developing an integrated digital transformation plan that includes defining a clear vision and goals and making the technical proficiency test part of the recruitment process.Keywords: Management information systems, administrative process, National Fund for Student Care
