   تناولت الدراسة دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات وهدفت الدراسة إلي معرفة دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ما هو دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات؟ استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج الإحصائي حيث تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات وتم تحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام حزمة التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية. افترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وإدارة الأزمات وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن نظم المعلومات الإدارية تساعد المؤسسات على رصد وتقييم الأزمات بشكل مستمر ويسهم تحسين البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين قدرة المؤسسة على التعامل مع الأزمات. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تمكين الموظفين من خلال برامج تدريبية دورية على استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية المتقدمة وضرورة تطوير نظم المعلومات الإدارية في المؤسسات لتعزيز مرونتها وكفاءتها في التعامل مع الأزمات.

Abstract

The study addressed the role of management information systems in crisis management. The study aimed to know the role of management information systems in crisis management. The problem of the study was: What is the role of management information systems in crisis management? The study used the descriptive analytical method, the case study method, and the statistical method. A questionnaire was designed to collect data and was statistically analyzed using the Statistical Analysis Package for the Social Sciences. The study assumed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between management information systems and crisis management. The study concluded that management information systems help institutions monitor and evaluate crises on an ongoing basis, and improving the information technology infrastructure contributes to improving the institution’s ability to deal with crises. The study recommended the need to empower employees through periodic training programs on the use of advanced management information systems and the need to develop management information systems in institutions to enhance their flexibility and efficiency in dealing with crises.
